Note: We are a small batch, homemade company.  Products are made based on order quantity.  Made by hand monthly; therefore, we ask our customers to pre-order products to ensure quality.

At Bare to Bear, we are dedicated to helping you achieve a radiant, healthy complexion. Our range of skincare products is designed to be gentle on the skin while still providing effective results. Our signature Bear Face Scrub is a unique blend of natural ingredients that exfoliates and cleanses your skin. At the same time, our Bear Moisturizer is an oil-based occlusive emollient, providing a protective layer to keep your skin hydrated and soft.

We take great care to ensure our products are safe and of the highest quality, so you can rest assured that you are getting the best skincare products for your skin type. If you experience redness after using our products, please discontinue usage immediately.


We offer USPS Priority shipping for all of our skincare products. Unfortunately, overnight delivery is not available due to the small-batch quality of our products. All orders will be sent out within 2-3 business days with tracking numbers provided.


Our team of skincare professionals recommends applying our products in an easy 4-step process: for the creme':  Open product.  Use your finger to scoop fingernail size into the palm of your hand.  Activate by rubbing and then apply accordingly..  Repeat as needed.


Q. How does Pre-Order work?
A. Pre-orders ensure product quality and help a small-crafted company manage inventory.  With pre-orders, payment is collected in advance.  Email communication will inform the customer of expected shipping dates.

Q. When do you make the product?

A. Generally, we make products approximately every three weeks or, in case of high demand, more frequently.


We offer refunds and exchanges within the first 14  days of your purchase; if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges


Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.


The item must be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot.

To return a purchased item, follow the steps below: 

1. Email us your order number and state which items you want to return. We will provide you with a free shipping label. 

2. Make sure the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use and have the original tags on. 

3. Package the products into their original packaging. 

4. Put the products into shipment packaging and stick the provided return shipping label. 

5. Bring your package to the post or order a free pick-up from your location.


We will need 14 days to process and assess your return for eligibility. After it has been accepted, we will send you an email, and your refund should be in your account within 7 to 14 days, depending on your bank.
